Social guest registration will be available for all evening events. These events are included in the cost of registration for Conference Attendees, but all social guests must register to attend. To register a guest, you must be logged into your account and be a registered attendee of the Annual Conference.
Conference Registrants are invited to attend the Opening Reception in the Ballroom of Americas Prefunction space at Hilton Americas-Houston from 19:00-21:00. The reception will feature cocktails and light hor d'oeuvres.
We invite conference attendees to join us for an evening at the Houston Museum of Natural Science. Guest registration for this event will open soon.
Conference attendees will have exclusive, after-hours access to the Houston Museum of Natural Science (HMNS). The evening will include dinner and access to museum exhibits. One of the most popular museums in the United States, the Houston Museum of Natural Science features the Foucault pendulum, which demonstrates the Earth’s rotation; the Cullen Hall of Gems & Minerals which contains over 750 crystallized mineral specimens and rare gemstones, and most notably, the Morian Hall of Paleontology, one of the largest paleontology halls in the US. The Morian Hall of Paleontology contains over 60 major skeleton mounts, including three Tyrannosaurus rex, a Diplodocus and the most complete Triceratops skeleton ever discovered.
