The goal of the PDW is to help authors targeting our special issue by providing developmental feedback from senior scholars and editors that enables authors to improve and refine their papers prior to the special issue submission deadline of mid-Feb 2019. The PDW will kick-off with initial remarks by the editors on the scope and purpose of the special issue. This will be followed by experience sharing by senior scholar-mentors. Subsequently, we form round tables led by senior mentors for in-depth discussion and feedback on submitted papers. The PDW closes with a plenary to share and summarize. Because this PDW involves participants submitting papers that will be read by senior mentors who will provide their expert feedback, pre-registration will be required.
