The 2024 SMS Business Meeting took place on October 19, during the first day of the SMS 44th Annual Conference in Istanbul. SMS President, Yan “Anthea” Zhang, SMS President Elect, Myles Shaver, SMS Past President, Africa Ariño, and SMS Treasurer, Craig Crossland, presented SMS updates to conference attendees.
The meeting featured updates on SMS Journals, SRF, volunteer positions, leadership transitions, and plans for future conferences.
