Bill Canady is a global business executive with over 30 years of experience leading industrial and consumer products and services companies across public, private, and sponsor-owned sectors. He currently serves as Chairman of OTC Industrial Technologies and CEO of Arrowhead Engineered Products (AEP), overseeing organizations with combined sales of $2.5 billion and thousands of employees worldwide. Under his leadership, OTC grew revenues by 43% and earnings by 78%. A passionate developer of strong leadership teams, Bill created the Profitable Growth Operating System (PGOS), a proven framework to help companies drive growth, improve profitability, and enhance decision-making. A U.S. Navy veteran, Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elmhurst University (summa cum laude) and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

 

 

Richard Whittington is Professor of Strategic Management at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School. He has held visiting positions at Harvard Business School, HEC Paris, the University of Toulouse and the University of Technology Sydney. He is currently President-elect of the Strategic Management Society. He has published singly or jointly eleven books, including a history of strategy: ‘Opening Strategy: Professional Strategists and Practice Change, 1960 to Today’ (OUP, 2019). His co-authored textbook ‘Exploring Strategy’ is ranked by the Financial Times 2021 Teaching Power index as the most influential strategy textbook worldwide (recorded on nearly 3,000 course syllabi). He has been awarded an honorary doctorate by the University of St. Gallen.
