Paul Nary is an Assistant Professor of Management (Strategy Area) at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a corporate strategy researcher interested in how firms engage and interact in markets for corporate assets, as well as how these firms change their scope and reshape their boundaries as they engage in not only internal, but also external corporate development, that is alliances, acquisitions, divestitures, and investments. He currently serves on the editorial review boards of the Strategic Management Journal and Strategy Science, as well as on the research committee of the STR division of the Academy of Management.
