Johanna Glauber is Assistant Professor at IE Business School, Madrid. Her research studies the multi-faceted performance consequences of organizational structure and design. Specifically, Johanna investigates how firms’ structural design choices relate to their sustainability performance – performance in alignment with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), such as environmental performance and safe products.
