The Finance Committee is responsible for the proper financial oversight of the organization, monitoring the organization’s financial health, and ensuring that proper financial controls are in place and the financial records of the organization are accurate and complete. The Committee consists of the Treasurer, the President-Elect, the Executive Director, and such other Directors as the Board determines are needed.
