Hosted Networking Lunches
Connect with a focused group to discuss topics of interest during your conference lunchtimes! Each day of the conference, small, limited-capacity networking luncheons will be offered and open to all registered attendees. Each luncheon will be served buffet-style.
Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis, with some events requiring pre-registration. Please check each event for specific registration details.
Evening Receptions
Conference registrants are welcome to attend each evening reception as part of their registration fee, though the Interest Group & Community Socials cater specifically to SMS Members.
If you're traveling with a partner or friend who won't be attending the conference, but you would like to invite them to one of the Evening Receptions, please click the “Social Guest Registration” link below the applicable event to register your guest.
Please note that Evening Receptions are designed for adult attendees, so guests under 18 are not recommended. However, all social guests, including young children, must be registered and have a name badge for entry. Guest registration is not available for coffee breaks or lunches.
Lunches, Coffee Breaks, and Conference Lounge
SMS San Francisco will have many opportunities for informal networking and meet-ups. IG&Cs will host tables where their members can connect over lunch in the general conference lunchroom Saturday - Tuesday. During coffee breaks, attendees will congregate for refreshments while they chat with colleagues or visit our sponsors' exhibit booths.
