Governance of the Strategic Management Society abides by the Society’s Bylaws. The Board of Directors and other leadership positions are subject to the guidelines documented within these articles. The SMS Bylaws include documentation on the SMS Board of Directors structure, responsibilities, and roles, as well as leadership elections and membership meetings. All members are encouraged to review these to understand how the Society is run.
