Vilma is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the Amsterdam Business School, University of Amsterdam. She holds a PhD in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the Tilburg School of Economics and Business. Her research interests include strategic human capital, strategic entrepreneurship, and innovation. Vilma’s current line of research focuses on how organizational factors and strategic human capital influence entrepreneurship and innovation in new ventures and incumbents. Vilma’s dissertation was a finalist for the Heizer Dissertation Award in New Enterprise Development, Entrepreneurship division of the Academy of Management.
