Theresa Langenmayr is starting a postdoctoral position at the Chair of Organization and Management at the University of Zurich. She is an engaged member of the SAP Interest Group since 2018. At SMS, she has co-hosted panels and workshops in 2020, 2022 and 2023. She was elected Representative-at-Large for 2022-2023. At EGOS, she has co-organized the SAP Community Day in 2019, a panel in 2021, and she will co-convene a subtheme in 2023.
Her research interest is Open Strategy. She has collected ethnographic data and she is mainly working with discourse and sensemaking theory. Prior to her academic career, she has worked for 5 years in strategy related functions at BMW Group and the World Heath Organization.
