Shannon McLaughlin is the Associate Program Manager of Awards & Operations for the Strategic Management Society. She works to manage the technology systems, office operations, and awards programs at the SMS Office. She previously served as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor for 4 years before joining our team. She holds a B.B.A. in Music Business from Belmont University in Nashville, TN, where she immersed herself in the entertainment industry post-graduation. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new coffee shops and cocktail bars in the city, as well as spending time with her two cats, Franklin & Olive.
