Paul Mang is a Partner and co-founder at Trimstone Partners, a London-based strategy consulting firm focused on large organization transformations. Paul is also an Adjunct Associate Professor of Strategy at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Paul was formerly an Assistant Professor of Management at The University of Texas at Austin, Graduate School of Business. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Strategic Management Society.
Paul was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and a leader in its North American Financial Services Practice. Over 14 years at McKinsey, in both the Chicago and London offices, he has advised numerous clients on issues across strategy, organization and operations. Paul was the Global CEO of Analytics at Aon, where he oversaw the Aon Center of Innovation and Analytics (ACIA) in Singapore and was the leader of the global reinsurance analytics group. Paul also served as the Chief Innovation Officer at Guidewire Software.
Paul holds a DBA from Harvard University, and MS engineering and BA degrees from Stanford University. Paul and his wife, Alicia, live in the Chicago area.
