Matthew Josefy is an Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University and is currently a visiting faculty member at the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. His research considers changes in the nature of organizing, how organizations attract and manage resources, particularly human capital, and how firms are governed. His work has been published in leading journals including the Academy of Management Annals, Academy of Management Perspectives, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Management, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal and Strategic Management Journal. He completed his Ph.D. at Texas A&M University and received a dissertation grant from the Strategic Research Foundation. He is a C.P.A. and CFA charterholder.
