Martha Reyes is Director of Department, Researcher and a Professor of Organization and Management at the Business School of Universidad EAFIT. Before attaining her PhD in Management (Colciencias Scholarship holder) at Universidad EAFIT, she participated in the Researcher in Residence program at University of Zürich. Her main research interest is in strategy, trusting and entrepreneurship from a practice perspective but she is also involved in research in the context of healthcare and NPO’s. She is Professor for undergraduate, Masters degree and MBA students. She also supervises PhD students. She was recently awarded a certificate of recognition as an outstanding reviewer by Strategic Management Society (SMS). Currently, she is part of the team that prepares the Latin American Process and Practice Gathering 2024.
