Maren Mickeler is an Assistant Professor of Management at ESSEC Business School. She received her Ph.D from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich. In her research, Maren studies the behavioral implications of organizational design choices. In particular, she is interested in employee collaboration and competition and decision-making. She is a quantitative researcher relying mainly on experiments – field, lab and online – and large scale datasets to study her research questions.
