My research focuses on the legal and ethical dimensions of strategic human capital (SHC), particularly the creation and sustainability of competitive advantages through human capital resources. My research journey is informed by my diverse background, which combines my formal education in strategy, law, and applied mathematics with my professional experiences as a human resources executive and legal counsel. Within this overarching framework, my research falls into two primary streams: strategic human capital and business ethics. These streams are intrinsically connected, representing a unified approach to addressing contemporary challenges in organizations.
