Hello! My name is Jenny (Yoon Jung) and I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Entrepreneurship & Strategy department at the Eccles School of Business, University of Utah. My research interests broadly revolve around topics in strategic management, entrepreneurship, and innovation. I am particularly interested in studying how both established incumbents and entrepreneurial ventures source and utilize knowledge and relevant resources to ensure their survival and long-term success. As a result, my current projects examine the benefits and challenges associated with corporate venture capital (CVC) investments in different industry contexts (e.g., semiconductor industry, energy industry), from the perspectives of both established incumbents and entrepreneurial ventures.

Prior to joining University of Utah, I received a Ph.D. and M.A. in Strategic Management from Rice University (Houston, TX, USA) and a B.A. in Business Administration from Korea University (Seoul, South Korea).
