Ilaria’s research interests lie in the strategic leadership and corporate governance field. Her research seeks to understand the sociological and psychological mechanisms behind boards of directors’ appointments and the overall careers of executives and directors.
Ilaria is extremely enthusiastic about contributing to the field of strategic leadership and corporate governance with her research and teaching but also with her service. She is primarily motivated by the warmth of feeling at home at every SL&G meeting and event, regardless of whether it was F2F or online: She would greatly enjoy the opportunity to ensure that the ‘home feeling’ is passed on to every (new) member so that our community can continue to foster!
She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Strategy and Innovation at Copenhagen Business School and holds a Ph.D. degree in Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
