“Core competences and Core Rigidities, by Leonard-Barton. I like the article because it pointed out the opposite side of a company’s core competencies and the danger of firms’ prolonged overdependence on any advantages it possesses. It reminds to always investigate the other side of things in terms of both research and practice.”
What advice would you give to someone who wants to enter the field of strategic management?
“It will be a challenging journey but in the end well worth it!”
