Ha Hoang (PhD University of California-Berkeley) is Professor in the Management Department at ESSEC Business School. Her research interests focus on strategic alliances, employee entrepreneurship, the interplay of competition and collaboration, and founder role identity in the entrepreneurial process. Her work has appeared in journals such Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, and Strategic Management Journal. She serves on the editorial boards of Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal and Strategic Management Journal. Her service to the profession includes invited and elected roles at Strategic Management Division of the Academy of Management and Strategic Management Society. Her most recent role at SMS was co-chair of the annual Conference in Paris 2018.
