Gwendolyn (Gwen) Lee is the Chester C. Holloway Professor at the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, and M.S. and B.S. degrees from MIT. Gwen is on the Editorial Review Boards of the Academy of Management Review and Strategic Management Journal. She has been recognized by the Academy of Management Journal for her exemplary performance as editorial board outstanding reviewer. She is serving as a Contributing Editor for Strategy Science, and has served as special issues co-editor for Journal of Management and Organization Science. Appointed as a Founding Co-Chair of the SMS Research Methods Paper Prize Committee, she served as the organizer and the moderator of the 2019 SMS Plenary on Robust & Reliable Research. With her work experience as an engineer, management consultant, and academic researcher, Gwen has worked and enjoyed living globally in America, Asia, and Europe.
