Florence Honore is an assistant professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She obtained her Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota. Her research sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, strategic management, and human capital. Specifically, she studies how individuals and firms make career and transaction decisions based on prior experiences. She used two-sided matching models to answer some of these questions. Her work has been published in the Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science and Research Policy.
