I am a Lecturer in International Business and Strategy at the University of Liverpool. My academic journey includes a PhD in Strategy and Organisation without corrections from the University of Strathclyde, where my research focused on the material-discursive production of organisational learning within the storytelling performances of M&A practitioners. My primary interests lie in strategic and social change, examining how management theory and practice can contribute to creating more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable organisations. My research predominantly explores how storytelling enacts strategy within organisations and how stories can shape more inclusive (or exclusive) organisations. Recently, I have begun investigating the transition from the fourth to the fifth industrial revolution, exploring implications, possibilities, and challenges associated with this transition.

My work has been published in respected journals such as the Scandinavian Journal of Management and the International Journal of Production Research. In addition to my academic achievements, I bring over four years of valuable experience working with a multinational corporation.

I have been actively involved in the Strategy as Practice (SAP) community since my PhD days, contributing by presenting at conferences, reviewing research, and facilitating and contributing to events. As an early career researcher who identifies as BAME, I am deeply passionate about ensuring that the diverse interests of our members are heard and represented. If elected as a representative at large, I will dedicate myself to fostering increased participation and representation of all members within the SAP community, ensuring that their voices are listened to and advocated for effectively.
