Eric Y. Lee’s main research interests are in corporate governance particularly as it pertains to corporate governance, strategic leadership, competitive dynamics, and social evaluations. More specifically, his research explores how firm mechanisms and attributes such as institutional ownership, board characteristics, voluntary disclosure of information, social approval assets, and CEO succession, compensation, and characteristics influence strategic outcomes such as in the competitive dynamics context. Prior to joining academia, he had an extensive professional career in the music industry, international business development, consulting, and as an entrepreneur. His future endeavors include incorporating more of his professional experiences into his research.
