I am Assistant Professor of Strategy and General Management at ESADE Business School, Spain. Before that, I was trained as PhD in Strategy at ESSEC Business School, France.
I study how organizations learn to be more intelligent via and along with their human constituents, and perhaps more importantly, conditions where they fail to do so. As such, I take the lens of organizations as information processing systems and conflict systems, and I am curious about how such systems aggregate the diverse knowledge, beliefs, and interests of their members. In my dissertation, I examine how organizational learning shapes and is shaped by (1) the structure of the organization, (2) the mode of work (remote or face-to-face), (3) the turnover of employees, and (4) the power and coalitional dynamics among organizational actors.
