Dr. Dirk Michael Boehe is Full Professor of Strategic Management at Africa Business School (ABS), at Université Mohammed VI Polytechnique (UM6P) in Rabat, Morocco. Before joining ABS, Dirk held full-time faculty positions as professor of international business at Massey University, New Zealand, the University of Adelaide, Australia, Insper, Brazil, and the University of Fortaleza, Brazil. He held several academic leadership roles, such as Director of the Master of International Business and of the PhD Program (Australia), Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies in Business Administration, and Director of the Postgraduate Program in Business Administration (Brazil).His research focuses on the interaction between strategy, CSR and sustainability. His research has been published in prestigious journals, such as Business and Society, Corporate Governance an International Review, Industrial Marketing Management, International Business Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Marketing Review, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of International Management, Journal of Small Business Management, Long Range Planning, Management International Review, Journal of World Business, Research Policy, World Development, among others. Professor Boehe has lived and worked in academia as well as in the corporate world in Germany, U.K., Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Australia, USA and New Zealand.
