Dr. Cuili Qian is a Professor of Organizations, Strategy, and International Management at University of Texas at Dallas. Her research interests include stakeholder management and corporate social responsibility, corporate governance and political strategies in transitional economies, and MNC control and staffing issues in international business. She has published in management journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, and Journal of Management. She currently serves as the Senior Editor of the Journal of Management and Deputy Editor for the Management and Organization Review. She also serves on editorial boards of Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, and Journal of International Business Studies
