Christopher is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. His research focuses on the allocation of human capital in multi-business firms and on its allocation in interorganizational relationships between corporates and startups. At the moment, he seeks to understand human capital redeployment between corporate parents and spinouts, as well as venture performance outcomes of board seat allocations to corporate venture capital investors. Prior to his time at RSM, Christopher worked as a strategy consultant at the Zurich office of Monitor Deloitte and had several academic positions in Norway, Germany, and Denmark.
