Christoph Brielmaier is a doctoral student and research assistant at the Otto-Friedrich-University of Bamberg. His research focuses on strategy-as-practice and the attention-based-view of the firm as well as their intersections. He completed studies in psychology, business administration, and history and received his MSc in Psychology from Julius-Maximilians-University Wuerzburg. His research has been awarded with the SMS best paper award, the SMS best PhD paper award as well as the AoM pushing the boundary award from the Strategy-as-Practice Interest Group. Moreover, Christoph’s paper was recognized as Runner-up of the SMS Annual Conference Best Paper Prize in 2023. Christoph’s work has been published in Strategic Organization, International Journal of Management Reviews, and Organization Theory.
