Anna Plotnikova is Assistant Professor of Strategic Change at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (the Netherlands). Her research interests revolve around strategizing practices and processes with a particular focus on more participative and inclusive forms of strategizing. In addition, Anna’s research focuses on various practitioners playing focal roles in strategizing activities. Also, Anna’s practical experience further enhanced her interest in the field of SAP research – she worked as a project manager within a consulting organization before starting her academic career and had a close collaboration with strategy practitioners as a part of her Industrial PhD. Anna was a representative-at-large of the SAP Interest Group in 2021-2022. Going forward, Anna would like to continue contributing to the Strategy Practice Interest Group.
