Adele Xing is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University. Her research focuses on understanding inter-organizational relationships through a behavioral lens, drawing from social psychological theories and the behavioral theory of the firm. She investigates how firms address challenges in acquisitions and how these strategies affect performance and future behaviors. She also examines how firms negotiate, design, and modify contracts in collaborative ventures. Dr. Xing earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
