About

The SMS Governance & Nominating committee is responsible for the creation and oversight of SMS policies and for the recommendation to the Board of Directors of individuals for election or appointment as Directors or Officers and performs additional duties as directed by the Board of Directors. The Governance and Nominating Committee consists of the Past President, the Executive Director, and such other Directors the Board of Directors determines are needed.
