SUMMARY:SIF Webinar Series: Strategy Meets Growth: Making the Ambidextrous Organization Work in the Real World
DESCRIPTION:FREE Strategy Imagination Forum Webinar! \nThe idea of the ambidextrous organization — one that can manage today’s business while exploring tomorrow’s opportunities — has been around for years. But while the concept is relatively well known in academia\, few companies have actually succeeded in making it work systematically\, durably\, and at scale. \nIn this Strategy Imagination Forum webinar\, Dr Alex shares what he’s learned from two decades of helping global organizations close the gap between growth ambitions and execution. Drawing on practical experience and visual tools developed at Strategyzer\, Alex will show how he helps c-suite leaders and their organizations understand the difference between exploration and exploitation and build the governance required to do both. \nThe webinar will conclude with an interactive Q&A session\, offering participants the chance to ask questions and engage directly with the ideas presented. \nKey Takeaways: \n\nLearn why so many organizations struggle to become truly ambidextrous and how to avoid the same fate.\nApply actionable frameworks to systematically design and lead ambidextrous organizations in the real world.\nDiscover how to foster a culture and governance system that supports both operational excellence and strategic exploration.\n\nJoin us for a session that cuts through the theory and delivers practical tools for building organizations that grow while they evolve. \nPrice: FREE \nSpeakers: \nDr. Alexander (Alex) Osterwalder\, founder & CEO of Strategyzer\, is one of the world’s most influential strategy and innovation experts. SUMMARY:The 5th Annual Leadership Transformative CEO Summit: "Trust + Culture + AI = Growth"

Don’t miss the upcoming Leadership Transformative CEO Summit: “Trust + Culture + AI = Growth.” Secure your spot today! \n“As CEOs navigate our fast-changing times I am reminded of the principles of one of my favorite business books\, Built to Last\, by Jim Collins. And that is the purpose of our September 18th Transformative CEO Summit\, to provide CEOs both the anchor of leadership with the fuel of innovation… which is at the core of leadership. \nFor context\, as my friend Terry Jones\, founding CEO of both Travelocity and Kayak\, told me\, “disruption and innovation are two sides of the same coin; when it’s happening to you it’s disruption\, when you’ve driving the change\, it’s innovation.” My hope is this September 18th impactful convening of CEOs will help you strengthen your culture while inspiring you to innovate and propel your growth forward.” – Robert Reiss\, CEO\, The CEO Forum Group \nPrice: FREE for SMS Members\, $49 for Non-Members \nNot a member yet? Should small Latin American countries align with the US or China?\n4. Should mid- large-size Latin American countries align with the US or China?\n5. Should Latin American countries join BRICS?\n6. Could Brazil emerge as a game changer pole in Latin America?\n7. What kind of mechanisms and institutions are effective in Latin America that work as checks and balances\, and regulate how the region reacts to the US-China trade conflict?\n8. How relevant and critical are small countries in Central America to the rivalry between the US and China?\n9. How critical and effective are the financial institutions in managing financial and economic crises\, and in return influencing the Latin American countries?\n10. Would aligning with either the US or China enable or dampen regional integrity of the Global South?\n11.
