Srividya Jandhyala is an Assistant Professor of Management at ESSEC Business School, Singapore. She was previously an Assistant Professor of International Business and International Affairs at the George Washington University, Washington DC. Her research on non-market strategy examines the role of political risk and international institutions on the strategic choices of multinational corporations. Her work on property rights in international expansion has appeared in Strategic Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, and the Journal of Conflict Resolution. She is a Strategy Research Foundation Scholar and a past winner of the AOM International Management Division Best Paper Award. She was also a finalist of the Farmer Award for Best Dissertation and “That’s Interesting!” Award at the Academy of International Business. Srividya Jandhyala holds a Ph.D. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a M.Sc. from the London School of Economics. At ESSEC, she teaches courses on strategy and international business in the masters programs.
