Randi Lunnan is professor of Strategy and Tom Wilhelmsen Chair of Ocean Business. She has served eight years as Head of the Strategy and Entrepreneurship Department at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway. Her research interests include inter-organizational relations and the management of multinationals. She is particularly interested in alliance management and the performance of alliances over time, headquarters functions, the development of headquarters over time, and the relation between subsidiaries and headquarters. Currently she is working on relational capabilities, interdependencies between alliances and acquisitions, and acquisition integration processes. Her work has been published in journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Journal of World Business, Journal of Management and Journal of Management Studies. Randi Lunnan has broad international experience, and teaches MBA programs regularly in Oslo and China.
