Christian Stadler is an Associate Professor in Strategic Management at Warwick Business School. Previously, he was at University of Bath School of Management, Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and Innsbruck University. Christian Stadler is interested in questions related to 1) learning and innovation, as well as 2) diversification. In this context he investigate what happens when we take different institutional settings into account, and how various levels (social system, firm, project, team) interact during learning and diversification processes. His research appeared in leading academic and practitioner journals, including Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, Harvard Business Review, and Sloan Management Review. He also published a book titled ‘Enduring Success. What we can learn from the history of outstanding corporations’. He serves on the review board of SMJ.
