Josh Morton is an Assistant Professor at Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds (UK) and director for the school's MSc Global Strategy and Innovation Management programme. He teaches strategy and innovation across different levels of study, including to business leaders. He has a BSc from the University of Sheffield and an MSc and PhD from Loughborough University. Josh’s research focuses on the work of strategists and top managers in organisations, with a particular interest at present in strategic agility, open forms of strategy and how IT is transforming organisations. He is also exploring the management of digital innovation, and responsible innovation through his research, including how organisations implement sustainability strategies. He has published in a number of leading journals and conference proceedings in the disciplines of management, organisation studies, and information systems. He regularly collaborates on consultancy projects, including with Accenture, Deloitte, EY, and IBM.
