Sarah is a postdoctoral researcher in the institute for management and organization at the Leuphana University in Lüneburg (Germany). Her research focuses in general on the intersection of strategizing and organizing. She has a particular interest in temporal structures and the legitimizing of innovators’ practices over time. Her work has been published in journals such as the Strategic Management Journal, Research in the Sociology of Organizations, Strategic Organization, and the Harvard Business Review. Sarah is an active member of the SMS, the AoM, and EGOS and has co-convened PDWs and panel discussions on process studies and the digitalizing of strategy at the AoM 2017, 2018 and the SMS 2020. Since 2020, she acts furthermore as a member of the SMS social media team, which is responsible for the SMS twitter account, the SMS facebook and linked groups, and the SMS blog.
