Ivana Naumovska is an Assistant Professor at INSEAD. Her research builds on the fundamental premise that firm behavior, investor sentiments, and financial market dynamics are socially situated and socially constituted. She integrates strategy, finance and organization theory to examine the dynamics that govern how financial markets perceive and evaluate firms and their behaviors, and to understand the factors that drive or hinder firms’ decisions to adopt controversial corporate strategies. At INSEAD she teaches an MBA elective on entrepreneurship and acquisitions and a PhD course on the organizational foundations of financial markets. Ivana Naumovska held a Postdoctoral position at Northwestern University, received her PhD in Strategy and Finance from Erasmus University, and a BA in Financial Economics from Utrecht University.
