Anna Grosman is Associate Professor at Loughborough University London. Anna’s research examines inter- and intra-firm corporate governance processes, and in particular, how state involvement in the economy, ownership networks, board structures, firm transparency, and executive compensation influence a firm’s investment behaviour and outcomes. She published with Corporate Governance: An International Review, Journal of World Business, Journal of Comparative Economics, Economic Modelling and Journal of Economic Issues, amongst others. Anna previously worked as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Georgia Pacific and held positions in M&A and Corporate Finance at Citigroup, CIBC and Close Brothers. She serves as a special issue co-editor at Journal of World Business. Anna is also a co-editor of a multidisciplinary volume with Oxford University Press (OUP Handbook series) on State Capitalism and the Firm.
