Vibha Gaba is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at INSEAD. Her research examines how organizations learn and how it impacts their ability to innovate and adapt. Her work on diffusion and behavioral models of adaptation has been published in leading management journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Management Science, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, and Journal of International Business Studies. Currently, she is the Associate Editor of Strategic Management Journal and serves on the Editorial Board of Journal of Management. Her teaching portfolio includes courses in the MBA, PhD, and Executive Education programs. She is the Academic Program Director for several executive education programs focusing on organizational change and leadership. She has received the INSEAD Executive Education Award for Outstanding Teaching multiple times. Vibha served as the Global Representative-at-Large for the OMT division of the Academy of Management where she also helped launch a new professional development workshop entitled “Doing Organizational Research Around the World” at the 2018 Annual Academy Meeting. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Theory & Management from the University of Oregon, USA, a Masters in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics, and a Bachelors degree in Economics from Delhi University, India.
