Wilbur Chung is Associate Professor of Logistics, Business and Public Policy at the Robert H. Smith School of the University of Maryland. He previously served on the faculty at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and at the Stern School of NYU. Wilbur Chung’s research examines firms’ location strategy. His research appears in Management Science, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Economics and Management Strategy, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, and Journal of International Business Studies. He serves on several editorial boards. Wilbur Chung received his PhD in international business from the University of Michigan. He received his MBA and BS in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
