Julien Clement is an Assistant Professor at Stanford GSB. He studies how organization design affects collaboration within and across organizations. His research typically relies on fine-grained individual or team-level data to draw conclusions about organizational processes, and uses both empirical methods and computational modeling. His work has been published in leading journals including the Strategic Management Journal, Management Science and Administrative Science Quarterly. Julien received his PhD in Strategy from INSEAD, and now teaches a class on organizational analytics at Stanford.
