Aleksandra Kacperczyk

Aleksandra (Olenka) Kacperczyk is an Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the London Business School. She received her PhD in Management and Organizations from the University of Michigan. Her research is currently focused on talent management in the context of entrepreneurship and innovation. She investigates such issues as an employee’s transition into entrepreneurship and how internal and external labor markets affect this decision. Recently, she also explored the impact of state-level regulation of stakeholder orientation on employee innovation. Her research has been published in Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, and Strategic Management Journal. In 2013 she received the Kauffman Foundation Junior Faculty Fellowship in Entrepreneurship Research that recognized “tenure-track junior faculty members who are beginning to establish a record of scholarship and exhibit the potential to make significant contributions to the body of research in the field of entrepreneurship.”
