Ralph Heidl is an Associate Professor of Management at the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon. His research focuses on the performance and dynamics of inter- and intra-organizational collaboration as related to the creation and use of novel technological resources. His research has been published in the Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and Organizational Research Methods. He is an editorial board member of the Academy of Management Journal and Group and Organization Management. Ralph teaches technology and innovation management and entrepreneurship in undergraduate, MBA, and Executive Education programs. Prior to earning his doctorate in Strategy and Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Washington, he worked on the development and implementation of mobile enterprise application software for Fortune 500 companies.
